Alex de Minaur has joined fellow Australian Rinky Hijikata in the fourth round at the US Open after easily accounting for Chile’s world no. 25 Nicolas Jarry.
de Minaur winning the match 6-1, 6-3, 6-2 in one hour and 45 minutes.
The fourth round match will be against 2021 champion Daniil Medvedev.
