Australians Ash Barty and John Peers have teamed up with Demi Schuurs of the Netherlands and Henri Kontinen of Finland, respectively to win the Rogers Cup doubles titles.

The tournaments are held in Montreal for the women and Toronto for the men and will switch next year.
Barty capped off a good week in Montreal after reaching the singles semifinals and then claiming her second Premier 5 level title with Demi Schuurs, they had won in Rome earlier this year.
Barty and Schuurs defeated Latisha Chan of Chinese Taipei & Ekaterina Makarova of Russia 4-6, 6-3, 10-8.
Peers and Kontinen defeated South Africa’s Raven Klaasen and New Zealand’s Michael Venus 6-2, 7-6(7), 10-6.
